In the very latest exe, I think I corrected a problem which could lead to corruption if a scheduled event went off while something else was happening with PowerPro. Are you using the latest exe (4.1e, I believe). In any event, there could be other similar problems (eg possibly related to timers -- although I don't know of any) which could lead to difficulty in duplicating.
