Visual Studio's help doesn't seem to show anything that's particularly
important (my value judgment) for F12.  I guess the MS-Word developers must
agree with me as Word uses F12 for "Save As".

Uncheck "Recognize keyboard
> hot keys when dosconsole window is active" )

So I switched to using F11 and find it does nothing until I check "Recognize
keyboard hot keys when dosconsole window is active" ). I don't see anything
like a DOS Window on my taskbar so I don't know why the hotkeys don't seem
to be recognized without the check..
