I need to bind {win} key (which invokes the local application menu)
to the Tap Ctrl hot key. My keyboard does not have a specialised Win
and App keys. I use WinXP Pro.
Tap Ctrl functions perfectly as a hot key if I assign it an arrow or
the enter or a letter or something else. But, I can get no Hot Key to
send {win}.
I have used Stiletto 98 until this week and would stil if I could
(under XP it does not accept my registration code which works in
Win98SE). This problem did not exist in Stiletto. I have tried Power
Pro 3.8 and 4.1.
