Usually I hide the taskbar to maximize workspace, but it's
inconvenient while I use msn messenger. When new message arrives and
the chat window is in background, msn messenger calls FlashWindow API
function, and the taskbar button would flash several times, notify me
that there is a new message. If the taskbar is hidden, user can not
see the flash button. So, would you please make the active button in
command list flash as the taskbar button flash?
