I don't think that this can be done in one command, but you can easily
perform the *Keys command as normal and then place the *Mouse command
in the More Commands box.

It sounds like you just want to make sure that the taskbar has focus.
A better way of performing this would be to execute one of these
commands:
*Window Show Taskbar
Window.Show("Taskbar")
