This information exists, Windows XP shows it when you go to Control
Panel, System, current processor speed is shown as the lat line of
text, below the name and maximum speed of the processor. So, Windows
knows and shows this speed, if it helps.

Properties: Fixed top left, height 20, hide after 100 ms, show if
bump nearest edge, bump must be within bar, all desks, topmost, bar
size the sum of buttons, button tekst center. Everything else is
clear.
Icons that are a bit cut off at the left edge (icons are at the left
of the text) include Word 2000, ACDsee and Interet Explorer, plus
some more. In Stiletto, I could move icons for a few pixels avay
from the button edge.
When the button is depressed, icon is shown completely, also, all
icons are shown correctly when I watch them in the configuration at
the Command List tab. When the Flat is either black or gray checked,
the icons are not cut at the left edge.
