So what's your point?
Anyway, I would not call it 'inconsistent', there is occasion
PP has a difficulty to find the (parent) window under the
mouse if via MouseTrap. But, this problem seems gone with the
latest powerpro.exe & ppro.dll that you can download in:
http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/
