If you want it to happen every time that app is started,
that is explained in Help, Index, "auto run when a window opens"
Use: *Keys {to autorun} t
as the Left command, in the Item for this window,
in your autorun command list.

If you only want it to happen when you use a particular
bar button or hotkey,
Command: c:\pathto\program.exe
More commands: Keys t
It may be necessary to add a short wait before the keys command.
