With version 4.2.02b on win2k sp4, *window show menu hidden works differently than with version 4.1.x. Menu hidden is shown embedded in MyMenu (defined below), while before it was shown as a submenu of MyMenu (that's what I want). Display MyMenu with *menu show MyMenu
