I'm not sure I understand what you want, but it should be possible to make a version of 2pp which, instead of waiting for your program to exit, sends each line to PP as soon as the program outputs it. 2ppvar works that way, in case you want to test the concept. Do you have an existing program in mind? If so, tell us about it. If you're thinking about writing this program, it should be easy enough to send commands to PP directly from your program.
