1>. Open powerpro configure (Programs menu under powerpro)

2>. Click on key/mouse tab, create a hot key - I use #. In enter
command drop down, select *macros and under command parameters enter the
name of command list say "macros" no quotes!

3>. Create a command list in command list tab called "macros" (no quotes)

4>. Add some items to list e.g.

In name-box date - this is the trigger when you type the hotkey +
name it will fire
command dropdown *keys
parameters {datelong}

Then when you type #date it will be replaced with e.g. 23 February 2005

If you require any further help, I will do some annotated screen dumps
for you.
