enTunnel from Van Dyke works really well for that. A co-worker here has been using it for a couple of years without a problem - and does everything you're asking for. I think the only difference is that it doesn't actually give you a terminal session for the tunnels - which could be a bonus if you aren't using them for that anyway. I use the recently free-as-in-beer BitVise Tunnelier, but I think it has one tray icon per ssh connection. I only need one tunnel up all the time so that works for me. I like it over putty since it will auto-reconnect, and you can spawn multiple terminals, sftp sessions, and even a remote desktop connection, all through that one ssh session. For day to day terminal use, I still prefer putty, since tunnelier uses cmd windows for it's terminal. It works, you just don't get the nice xterm-like functionality that putty gives you. -- Jim Attention: PowerPro's Web site has moved: http://www.ppro.org Yahoo!
