I cannot explain this one which I have not seen in my testing. If it happens again, can you try a menu tray command to see if icon is there as well. Also, do you have to push the button for it to disappear, or do you just click. Does it matter which click: left, middle (=left double), right? I uploaded another enhancement which also fixes the note.openmenu in the included powerpro.exe. See my other note as the installation instructions have changed. If you keep getting the problem, could you turn on the logs (as per the other note) and upload both logs as well as the file resulting from trayicon.dumpall immediately after the icon disappears.
