yes, you are right - this is some kind of absurd...
its happens, because in other CLs displayed as menus I can define
RClick for single commands, so I have been suprised that this don't
works in this case.
Comically, I have spend about few hours reading help and to trying to
get this to work. :-D
Probably it's hight time to go sleep now.

It seems that it is impossible to define RClick on menu which contains
embedded "*Window menu traymin/hidden".  (unless there is a way to get
caption of pressed item and then procces this by own commands, but I
will look at this another time).
