This was to allow the ppro.dll file to be updated by the one from the
new install. However, I was lazy and had not included code in the
seup program to check the current version of ppro.dll.

I have uploaded a version c of the beta 4.2.05 which includes a check
in the setup program on the version of the ppro.dll which will be
included in all future versions as well. If you already have the
version required by the new install, it won't bother to try to
overwrite this. Since I rarely change this dll these days, this
should lesson the need for reboots or waits.
