I've given a more thought on this, and I think there also is a way
even if you don't use the "New Start" Logon UI. winlogon.exe creates
the old style Logon Box which has the caption something like "Unlock
Workstation" (the exact words depend on the default language). So, you
may use this caption or the fact that winlogon.exe create no window
after logon.
