hmm, works fine here. atleast i can clickdrag with the right mouse inside a firefox window and it will resize itself... to trigger it tho you have to hold the right mouse button close to a edge and drag towards the center of the window. do it outwards and it will not react. and the window will still react to the right mouse so it may trigger stuff (not while dragged over it tho but under the mouse at time of clicking. the explorer windows allow for rightdragging of items so as to present a menu of action when you release the button).
