Another newbie question...

I attached a hotkey to show the active window + the task menu (called 
'Menu and Tray menu' bar), but there's a big problem: if I don't click 
on the menu it won't hide itself (even if I set it to autohide after 
... ms). Often happens that even if I click on another window (not on 
the menu), the menu still on top and does not hide.
I guess it's because the nature of the *Menu Show command.
Has anyone a solution?
