Adding to Bruce's suggestion, save this as LinePaster.powerpro
in your scripts folder:

;;------------------------start of script file--------
@newlist
static theList = clip.get
static countlines = line(theList,0)
static currentline = 1
quit

@PasteOneLine
if(currentline gt countlines)do
  message No more lines to paste. *takefocus
  quit
endif
oldclip = clip.get
wait for 100 ;; probably not needed
clip.set(line(theList,currentline))
wait for 100 ;; probably not needed
clip.paste
wait for 100 ;; probably not needed
clip.set(oldclip)
currentline = currentline + 1
quit
;;--------------------------end of script file-------

Usage:
You need one hotkey to copy the list [maybe Ctrl+F12].
Use it when the list is selected (highlighted).
It's command is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

You need one hotkey to paste the next line [maybe F12].
It's command is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Notes:
These two lines: oldclip = clip.get and clip.set(oldclip)
are for preserving and restoring the current clipboard
in case you have anything useful in there.

I think all the "wait for 100" lines are not necessary
so you can probably delete them.
Only use one or more of the waits if the script does not work
properly without them.
