Create a new hotkey (start pproconf.exe, Key/Mouse tab), click on NEW button, specify a hotkey, then paste these lines to the box at the bottom (to 'Enter more commands' box):
*Keys ^s *Wait until 500 c:\iwantthisapp\torunaftersave.exe (*Keys ^s sends control+s to the active window, then comes 500ms wait and finally launching the app) In the 'Blank for all windows....' box you can add caption(s) or other identification of windows to make the hotkey work only in the specified windows.
