Excel shows up regardless of whether it is sticky (using fvwm terminology, i.e., setup to be on all desktops) or not. I then tried other programs, the ones that often don't show up after they are iconified are: IE, MS Word, Picasa, Wordweb, Tightvnc, etc. The only programs that consistently (so far) show up after a few cycles of iconifying are Excel, Maps and Trips. I use 4 virtual desktops, and I notice that say 5 apps are showing, and then I go around a loop through the virtual desktops, I start seeing more apps but not the complete set that are there on alt-tab (or active windows bar). > > Do you have any information in\ > command lists>setup>all bars>list of captions of hidden windows... > > No, it is empty. - Haider Attention: PowerPro's Web site has moved: http://www.ppro.org Yahoo!
