Bruce, if you do something like this, could you add one field where 
when dropped it goes to a user enterable command or script file so 
users could tweak what happens even more... ?

Also, would be nice if right mouse click on "show bar for active 
windows" (I guess we're just calling this the "ActiveBar") could call a 
script, then I could add the normal right mouse functions that the 
Windows taskbar has plus my others, eg. traymin, place, ...

The same right click commandlist or scriptfile could be added to
MENU.Folder(). Maybe you think it is best that we use HookMenuFolder 
here.

I know if feasible you'll come up with something better than my 
thoughts. Comment not required.
