...and the problem isn't that the powerpro bar as moved fully onto the screen with a single pixel space between the screen edge and the bar? Powerpro will move a bar that is partially off-screen (when shown - 1 pixel at a time inward with each powerpro reconfig) until there is that 1-pixel space between screen edge and bar. So if you're running your mouse across the screen edge and wanting tooltips to show they won't because your mouse is over that 1-pixel empty space instead of over the bar. Note that if the option: Command Lists | Setup button | All bars tab | Allow off-screen bars option is enabled it won't do that 1-pixel adjusting of the bar position.
