Have you defined %COMMANDERPATH%, at least for PP? Otherwise:
1. There is no (local) environment variable like %COMMANDERPATH% for
TC. You have to use %COMMANDER_PATH%.
2. %COMMANDER_PATH% is TC's own (local) environment variable. So, you
can't expect PP to expand it, unless you started PP from TC.
