Sorry, no, none of PowerPro can or will be able to handle unicode.  
For above you would need both expression processor and the internal 
GUI routines and neither will.  Note that if there is a plugin to 
manipulate unicode, the strings would still have to be coverted back 
to ordinary strings before being used anywhere else in PowerPro.
