For some strange reason, NetCaptor (I know, an entirely different program) starts sized larger than my monitor. I've tried resizing the program smaller and exiting, but that hasn't worked. If I start the program from the shortcut, which I have set to 'Maximized', it starts maximized. However, if I start it from the Start Menu 'Internet' option, it doesn't start maximized.
