Tray support is one of those things that is not really provided by Windows, so it is based on reverse engineering and may not work for every app. I'm afraid its the best I can make it for now -- I am not planning any more work on it. I cannot explain the delay either. What happens if you remove all bars on which you have active tray buttons but keep tray support turned on? Do you have any PowerPro tray icons defined?
