I think I know the issue you are talking about. I don't know of any way to overcome this. The Full Screen utility from http://www.fanix.com might help somewhat, though likely not totally. David: To see what he means, move a notepad window to the top of the screen so that the titlebar is partially hidden. Then try to resize the window down to the bottom of the screen.
