Maybe you will find that using the Monitor command list is the only method which works. If so, you can make it so the monitoring only happens while you are using Hopster. Before you go online with Hopster, run this command: Exec Monitor on When you stop using Hopster, run this command: Exec Monitor off That is a good plan if the item about Hopster is the only thing you need on your Monitor command list. You could add Exec Monitor ON in the More commands box of the bar button or menu item command which starts your browser or starts your internet connection.
