I have a "shutdown" command without the reboot option on a menu of the active title bar but it is highly unlikely that this is getting selected due to its placement. In fact I have had the same setup for some time now and the only time I've see the reboot is after the 4.3 upgrade. Good suggestipn but not very likely this is the cause.
