Thanks for sharing that with us Ed. That's a great example use -- 
multiple clicks to modify the state of how something runs.

Your example involves a URL but this technique could be applied to 
programs as well, e.g.:

   *  start / start and connect for P2P programs,
   *  start / start and connect to a common site for FTP clients,
   *  start / start and begin full scan for disk checkers,
   *  start / start and being playing for audio players...

Multi-monitor and virtual desk setups:

   *  start on monitor 1 / 2 / 3 / ...
