I could maybe get back to work on a unicode plugin.  Would have all
functionality of clip and file plugins, plus most of Powerpro string
functions.  Would _not_ permit unicode strings to be accepted as
arguments to Powerpro functions that manipulate bars, e.g. the cl
functions.

Lemme know if such a thing would be useful.
