What I did next:
I removed all the plugins and reinstalled PowerPro 4.3.0.2.

And voila: PowerPro doesn't crash anymore on ARB execution ...

Step by step I readded the additional plugins I normally use - and I
found the culprit: Systemmeter.dll (V1.35) After putting the dll into my
plugin-dir, restarting Powerpro and trying to run ARB, PowerPro crashes
again ...

I think, I have to decide whats more important for me: ARB or
Systemmeter ... ;-)

Thanks for your hints!

Johannes
