I think you mean that it could be added but it is not there now. I want to update the PowerPro help to reference keytrap and mousetrap and mention extra features that they can do so that power users are away of them. I can imagine people would prefer to keep their hot key definitions in one place only so it would be great to say that keytrap can do anything PowerPro can do plus ...
