What I mean by blocking/disabling the keys is that the EAT of (both
Down/Up of) any moderator keys are done internally by KeyTrap itself,
from the start, and the second part in your description is done by
users using ini settings. This seems the method that AutoHotkey adopts
(for two-key hotkeys, there seems to be no thing such as a three-key
hotkey etc, but I'm not well acquainted with AutoHotkey). However, it
seems not that practical than confining the moderator keys to
Shift/Ctrl/Alt/Win, well at least to me. But, I think I have to admit
that it may be useful, or even unavoidable in some situations, to use
the two-key hotkeys.

BTW, you can use a similar two-key hotkey in PP too. But you can
specify only one prefix key in PP, and PP does not eat it at all.
