very acceptable I think, considering that it's hard to realize that an 
invisible bar may be hogging 
resources.

CURRENT USER: DO A CHECKUP!

Start pproconf.exe
In the Command lists tab highlight the first list in the pull down menu, don't 
open the menu.
Does the list say "autoshow"? If not down arrow to the next pull down entry
If it's autoshow, does the first button say "context" ? If so this list will 
likely be invisible when you start 
powerpro. Let's focus on it.
Can you see any button labels that say *info ? If not, move on to the next list 
(down arrow).
If yes, click on the button entry and read the *info label carefully, you may 
be in for a surprise.
Does the info label call any scripts? If so, powerpro is accessing the file 
system once a second even if you 
don't see anything.

Download filemon.exe from sysinternals.com. Start it, do you see a lot of 
"PowerPro.exe" entries being 
logged? If so, you're probably running an invisible list with *info labels 
calling a script...
