Because of internal design limitations, depending on what property you 
change, PowerPro may need to close and re-allocate bar in order to 
implement changes property.

But in some cases it is enough just to redraw the bar.  I can add a 
cl.redraw method to do that.  But in some cases it may not be enough.  
You will have to experiment to see what works for you.
