I don't plan on this. Write the .log script instead. It would keep a
map data structure of routine names and type of debug output needed --
screen or file (or if the routine name is not in the map, then none).
Call it within the script with the scriptname and the debug text. Set
the type of debugging outside the script.
If it is too slow, convince someone to write plugin.
