You've referred back to incidents from over a year ago in your other 
whinge.  You have been using PowerPro for at least a year.  Then 
suddenly you have a problem, and everyone else is to blame.

Ok, ok, enough, Karen.  The man has proven himself to be a completely 
disrespectful, beligerent ingrate.  I need do nothing to help with that.

My apologies to everyone else, but, as I said, I cannot stand to see my
