I agree that a dedicated tool will do this better than PowerPro.  But 
you can do some of the things you were concerned about in the attached 
note with PowerPro Favorite Folders (see help index).

If my manual you mean hard-coded folders which are always on list:  
you can do this by manually adding 
keys {to folder}c:\my\manual\path
commands to bar or menu.  The help on menu favfolder also talks about 
another approach.
