Hello everyone,
Pardon my double posting. I forgot to delete reply to myself from outbox,
which I wrote offline and before I saw Bruce's message to which I decided
copy paste already written reply to myself.

Following will also crash PowerPro with empty.pcf.
CL.Create("test")
Bar.Show("bar")
CL.Refresh("bar")
I remember that few months ago PowerPro 4.3.03, I think, crashed when
script containing CL.Create("Clip", 1) command was executed. Clip command
list has existed and was not empty. Maybe there is a problem with
CL.Create, just a guess, and not with CL.Refresh. Although that crash,
most probably, was caused by something else.
