> Au.SetCapslockState(0)
> *Keys MIL456{tab}{tab}{tab}
> *Keys {home}{del}{del}{del}{del}{del}{del}{del}MYTEXTHERE{enter}

So what you would do it create a commandlist item and here is what you would
have.
Command:
Au.SetCapslockState(0)
MoreCommands:
*Keys MIL456{tab}{tab}{tab}
*Keys {fast}{home}{shift}{end}{shift}{del}MYTEXTHERE{enter}

When using the *Keys command in slow mode, it can't handle text selection
using shift (see setup tab | advanced setup button | other tab to set what
kind of *Keys mode you want as default). Fast mode it can.

Ask if you don't understand anything :)
