Every so often - and there's no pattern I can detect - an alarm will cause powerpro to crash. This has been happening for some time but was so infrequent that I didn't give it much thought. The PPro crash happens when I click "OK" to make the alarm window go away. At that point, Ppro simply locks up and I have to use task manager to kill it.
Restarting PPro brings the same alarm back with the same results. The only way I've been able to get around it is to go back to an older copy of the conf file -- sometimes the OLDEST copy I have -- before the problem disappears. Any ideas?
