I assume you've seen RunDLL32.exe appear in taskmanager list when you do
whatever it is to trigger the unplug dialog?

If you get ProcessExplorer from sysinternals and check the Properties-image
you s/b able to get the actual command line that is invoking the dialog.
(Invoking command-line can also be set up as column so it shows for all
tasks)
