And I upgraded Powerpro from 4.3.06 to 4.3.08. Previously I only had filedialog as the parameter for *Format Context, and it used to work fine for all.
I just tried adding those other parameters that you have, and... it's still not working. :( I'll do more troubleshooting tomorrow.... thanks.
