Hi David, thanks for replying,
The underscore prevents any PowerPro error msgs showing if there are no
windows... is not needed here, tho, you're right, as PowerPro doesn't
throw errors if there are no windows. Duh. :)
The command I'm using, Window.Show("menu *metapad"), displays a menu of
all open Metapad windows, which is what I want it to do. You can get
the same thing with:
Window.Show("menu", "*metapad")
My problem is that at the top of the list there is always the extra
entry, which just says "Show" & doesn't do anything if selected. There
are no other windows open that match "Show", so it seems like there's an
extra entry in the list for the actual Window.Show() command itself..??
I also get the extra entry if I just call:
Window.Show("menu")
for a list of all open windows.
Wondering if this is a problem with my config, or something else?
And if there's a way to prevent that from showing?
Sorry for my lack of clarity, thanks again,
Karen
