Not sure what you mean, but perhaps this will help:  the magenta 
coloring for skins does not involve transparency.  Instead, it uses 
the "regions" feature of Windows to create non-rectangular windows by 
indicating areas of a rectangular window to be removed (FYI, this same 
technique is used by Windows to get rounded corners for top of 
captions).

AFAIK, there is not way to make exclude regions, but still stop mouse 
clicks in excluded region, which I think is what you are asking for.
