You can combine the *Bar Hide with hover idea with the above script
to avoid having a script that runs continually, if you want.
Use the idea of having a hover command run a Bar hide for each
button. Moreover, in the more commands of each button, create an
event which runs something like part of the above script to check
the mouse position. Store event handle in global. If the mouse
position is outside the bar boundaries, show the bar and destroy
the event using the global.
