Do you have any other scripts running continually which also use 
wait.for?  I am not sure why it does not work for you.

I looked at the script some more, and in my testing, it does not seem 
to work if you try to re-activate the currently active window.  Also, 
it does not handle minned windows well.

I'll post another version which addresses these issues at some point.
