Hi Bruce, Do you happen to know what happens if someone triggers the DllMain with dwReason == DLL_PROCESS_DETACH (via an unload) and the dll may take quite sone considerable time to stop what it's doing? I'm thinking someone might start a long (threaded) data transfer with pop3 or smtp plugins, and then foolishly unloads. I obviously can (and do) hang and wait for outstanding threads to terminate.
AFAYK can I hang indefinitely? At the end of one of those threads, can ppsv (obtained when thread started) be counted on to be correct?
